Can We Detox Our Dogs From Vaccines?

Can We Detox Our Dogs From Vaccines?

By Dr. Jeannie Thomason

In an ideal world and situation and if our dogs were truly living ABOVE the wellness line, toxins would be rounded up so to speak and pumped through the eliminative organs (the liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, and skin) and then eliminated from the body naturally and efficiently with no help from us.

In the short run however, we and our dogs do not live in a perfect world and our dog’s bodies react to toxins much like our human bodies do: the immune system ramps up processes like inflammation, mucus production, diarrhea, etc. to help an army of cells to resolve the problem and purge the offending “invaders” from the system. We and our dogs are exposed to toxins on a  daily basis.  Our bodies are accumulating lots of toxins and when our immune systems have already been weakened due to vaccinations, (yes even one vaccination weakens the immune system and sets the body up for chronic dis-ease), stress, non-species appropriate foods, medications and of course the household and outdoor toxins, our body becomes overwhelmed and the vital, eliminative organs are forced to store these toxins until the immune system is stronger and has an opportunity to eliminate them “at a better time”.

Sadly however,  for the majority of dogs today, the “better time” never arrives, and these toxins accumulate indefinitely, causing symptoms such as yeast overgrowth, lethargy, skin ailments, infections and digestive upsets. Ultimately, the toxic overload will weaken the work of the dog’s immune system to the point where tumors and cysts may form, and serious health conditions such as diabetes, kidney and/or liver failure and cancer, may develop as the organ’s functions become impaired.

Everyone has heard of the importance of regularly detoxing our dogs to help them to cleanse those accumulated toxins from their bodies.  While a yearly or even every 6 months detox is a great idea for dogs that are constantly exposed to toxins, I am often asked about detoxing after the dog has been vaccinated.

Detoxing from vaccines is not as easy as just giving the dog a liver and/or kidney detox formula.  Vaccines are known to damage the very DNA of our dogs.  Yes, even ONE vaccine causes damage that may not be seen for months or years later. So you can imagine the damage done from a series of vaccines given to puppies or so-called “boosters” given every one to three years.

Simply detoxing the body cannot totally restore the body to a healthy state.

When the puppy or adult dog receive a vaccination, they have had their immune system (their first line of defense against invaders) bypassed – the lymph nodes, mucus membranes, lungs the gut, etc. which are the Th1 level of the immune system.  The virus, metals, antibiotics, animal organ cells, etc. making up the vaccine were injected into the blood stream.  Through the back door so to speak, making a surprise attack on the second line of defense, the Th2 of the immune system. The surprise attack is very distressing to the body as the toxins are now flooding every organ, body part, cell and the very DNA.

Dr. Patricia Jordan, DVM, states: “Immunity is not about antibodies. It is about the coding of the genes expressed”. It is believed that toxins such as viruses, mercury, aluminum, etc. can actually penetrate the pre ovulated egg and/or sperm through previously undiscovered regulatory pathways in the cells. These genes are then passed on to the next generation.

So, while you can detox the heavy metals and support the eliminative organs post vaccination to a greater degree,  a regular detox won’t do anything for the actual damage that has occurred much deeper. The vaccination has caused an energetic disturbance in the body and altered/lowered the electrical, vibrational frequencies setting up the body for chronic disease.

Alterations To Energetic and Vibrational Frequencies Can Only Truly be Addressed With Energy and/or Frequency Balancing Remedies Such as Pure Essential Oils Or Homeopathy

Essential Oils & Homeopathy

Homeopathic Remedies

So many people think they can just get a homeopathic remedy such as thuja from the health food store, administer it to their pet for a week or so and that it will take care of any vaccinosis damage.

It needs to be understood here and now that homeopathy is rarely, if ever,  a “one size fits all” remedy. There is an entire  group of homeopathic remedies known as “vaccinosis remedies,” which include silica, sulphur, mezereum, apis, sarsaparilla, thuja and more.

“Curing the vaccinosis state, like curing any chronic disease state, takes careful recognition of the patient’s symptoms, indicating how he is not well, and matching that ill state to a remedy capable of causing such a state, if it were taken in crude doses repeatedly.”  ~Dr. Will Falconer

If you are not skilled in homeopathy, it is best to work with a veterinary or animal homeopath.

Essential Oils

Every cell, tissue and organ within the body has its own vibratory resonance.

Pathogens and toxins such as are found in vaccinations not only have a low frequency but they will work to lower the body’s frequencies as the block the cell receptor sites. [1]

The normally harmonious coherent frequencies of the body can easily go out of “tune” when ever our pets (or ourselves) experience physical (or emotional) stress. Vaccinations put heavy stress on the body.  When the immune system or vibrational frequencies are out of balance, inflammation, irritation and illness result. This electromagnetic/vibrational frequency imbalance alters the specific vibrational frequencies of  cells, molecules, tissues and of course, organs within the body.

When the body becomes stressed or weakened from the assault of vaccines, it is no longer vibrating at the correct frequency of wellness, the receptor sites of the cells become clogged, the organs sluggish; in other words the body is no longer vibrating at its prime (optimal) resonant frequency.

Properly “retuning” the body to its original or higher frequency brings it back into balance and restores its natural harmonic resonance – illness  then, either doesn’t manifest or is resolved.

Dr. Royal R. Rife, a brilliant physician and scientist in the 1920’s, found that every health disorder/dis-ease has a frequency, and that certain high frequencies can can prevent further development of these disorders, by raising the body’s frequencies back into harmony/balance.

When the immune system and the organs that house it are weak and/or compromised, it is going to have a lower energy/vibrational frequency than a strong, vital immune system vibrates at.

Clinical research shows that pure, therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest electrical/energetic frequency of any natural substance known to man and when used in conjunction with the laws of health/nature, they have the ability to create an environment in which dis-ease, cannot thrive.

Essential oils support detoxing while raising and balancing the proper, healthy frequencies that have been lowered from being vaccinated.  Essential oils are known to work deep energetically, not only cleaning the cell receptors but working on the DNA itself.   According to The Reference Guide to Essential Oils, “Monoterpenes, which are present in almost all pure essential oils, action is to inhibit the accumulation of toxins. Monoterpenes also enhance the therapeutic values of other components and are the balancing portion of the oil. They restore the correct information in the DNA of the cell once the sesquiterpenes and pheonlics have done their job. They all contain the functional group C10H16.”

If you not knowledgable in the use of pure essential oils, please consult with an animal naturopath or animal aromatherapist in selecting the best oils to diffuse and/or apply to your dogs.

[2] In biochemistry, a receptor is a protein molecule that receives chemical signals from outside a cell. When such chemical signals bind to a receptor, they cause some form of cellular/tissue response, e.g. a change in the electrical activity of a cell.
